ORDER POLICY

• Orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total amount.
• Production begins only after payment confirmation.
• Once contirmed and production nas started, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are completed within 10-15 business days from the confirmation date.

ALTERATION POLICY

• Size can be checked upon delivery within the time set by the courier.
• If the error is on our side, alterations will be made free of charge.
• It alterations are requested by the client or due to incorrect measurements provided, no alterations will be made.
